This took place on November 14, on the opening ceremony of the 2016 Hangzhou Cuisine (London) International Exchange Activities held at the Royal Restaurant in the Baker Street, London. Around 150 honored guests from all walks of life came to the scene.
All the chefs on this tour worked for the G20(Hangzhou) state banquet. This is their first trip abroad for the international exchange.
Some elements of the G20 Summits were merged into the performances, such as silk, tea, music, embroidery, printing, umbrella, perfume, alcohol, and flowers. The history and the food culture of Hangzhou were exhibited by a number of exquisite booths and delicious food. It is aimed to promote the English and Chinese cultural communications and cooperation.
